This heirloom Bourbon coffee varietal is grown in the Minas Gerias district of Brazil by Ricardo and Gisele Resende, husband-and-wife owners of Fazenda Nossa Senhora de Fatima. It is a medium-roast bean with a smooth body and hints of citrus and chocolate. Gisele and Ricardo built housing and a school on their fazenda for the workers, replanted native trees, and earned their organic certification with seed-to-harvest sustainable practices.
